Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients on a telemetry unit, interpreting cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in a Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or Oncology setting
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or a valid compact state license
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with cardiac monitoring and telemetry-specific patient populations
• Familiarity with oncology or complex medical-surgical patient care
