Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | 13-week assignment | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit under a standard nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1 (occasionally 5:1)
• Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Complete a proctored rhythm identification test upon start of assignment (two attempts permitted; not multiple choice)

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience within the past 3 years
• Demonstrated ability to identify and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Ability to work night shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity Telemetry environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced hospital setting
