Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care in Berlin, Vermont. This travel assignment starts 06/04/2026 and runs for 6 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $1,501 to $1,618. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN, including vital signs, assessments, and routine procedures.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately in the charting system.
- Monitor patient status, respond promptly to changes, and escalate concerns per policy.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility; implement dementia care plans as required.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and document communications; support families as appropriate.
- Float to other units as needed to meet patient needs and census demands.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience; prior travel experience preferred
- Comfort working with residents who have dementia
- Ability to float to other units as needed
- Every-other-weekend availability required
- Availability for 3x12-hour night shifts
