Security Operations Specialist

Job Title: Operations Support Associate (Information Security) Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) Duration: Contract Job Description: This role will strengthen the cross-functional operations of our Facilities, Procurement, and Information Security teams. Role and Responsibilities: Information Security: You will be at the front of providing cyber safeguards for the organization by: Assessing suspected phishing emails Conducting regular security control testing on laptops and desktops Interfacing with the IT Service Desk and end-user community for general troubleshooting. Procurement: You take ownership in ensuring seamless vendor service delivery by: Executing daily purchase orders, processing invoices on time, and maintaining documentation with accuracy Managing vendor onboarding, organizing and tracking vendor contracts, and evaluating and negotiating quotes and contracts as needed Arranging international shipments in compliance with customs requirements Facilities: You will support onsite operations to create engaging workplace experiences by: Coordinating daily lunch menus and supporting café vendors Setting up and planning recurring events including review meetings, employee training sessions, cyber-security awareness sessions, and social events (in partnership with the Culture Committee) Documenting Standard Operating Procedures Skills And Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) 1-2 years of professional experience in a relevant business environment Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Contract Job Function Supply Chain and Administrative Industries Semiconductor Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr ACL Digital
