Join Blackwell, Inc. as a Desk Security Officer, where you'll combine your security experience with administrative precision to ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for residents, guest, tenants, and vendors. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in security operations, administrative support, and reporting systems, who thrive in structured environments and enjoy being the central point of contact. Weekly Work Schedule Days of the week: Thursday - Monday Start and End Time: 3:00PM - 11:00PM Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors Manage access control, including issuing and terminating access badges Provide parking validations and monitor visitor check-in/out procedures Assist the property access during special events and deliveries Maintain and organize front desk supplies and documentation Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally Monitor security systems including cameras, alarms, and specialized software Observe and report incidents accurately and promptly Facilitate emergency notifications and response procedures Maintain detailed logs and reports using digital tools Perform additional property-specific duties as assigned Requirements 21+ years of age High school diploma or GED Current St. Louis Security License (or ability to obtain one) 1+ year of security experience (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and re porting software Experience with security monitoring systems (preferred) Positive, team-oriented attitude Availability for weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts (preferred) Summary Be part of a respected and professional security team Use your administrative and tech skills in a meaningful way Enjoy flexible scheduling options and a supportive work culture Make a real impact on the safety and experience of others Equal Opportunity Employer Blackwell, Inc. is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
