Title: Head Coach Responsibilities Work under the supervision of the Principal and the Head Coach in the sport expressed. Assist the Head Coach with game techniques and strategies to prepare for competition, and determine the need for individual or team improvement. Accept directions from the Head Coach at all times. Assist with maintaining inventory of athletic equipment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of first aid techniques. Maintain locker room and playing facilities. Community Coaches are temporary positions and must be renewed annually. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Experience and knowledge coaching sports preferred.
