Marketing Coordinator

Elation Properties is a growing multifamily property management company specializing in market-rate apartment communities across Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. We are seeking a highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will support marketing for our existing portfolio and play a key role in planning and launching new apartment communities and lease-up properties. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and skilled at managing many moving pieces without losing sight of the details. Responsibilities: Organize and track marketing requests, timelines, tasks, budgets, and deadlines in Monday.com. Support marketing plans, launches, and rollouts for new properties and lease-up communities. Coordinate marketing materials, including email templates, copy, flyers, brochures, signage, and digital assets. Maintain accurate RentCafe, ILS, Google Business, and online property listings, including specials, forms, calendars, photos, and contact information. Assist with onboarding new properties into Yardi and ILS platforms. Identify and resolve marketing-related technical issues, such as broken links, platform errors, and listing inconsistencies. Establish social media accounts for new properties; create, schedule, and boost content. Launch and maintain digital ad campaigns, including Google Search, display, and retargeting. Set up Google Tag Manager and install tags for website analytics and display advertising. Coordinate photography, video, Matterport content, resident events, and email campaigns. Review marketing materials and campaigns for accuracy, brand consistency, and correct links, lists, and formatting. Maintain internal marketing records and resources; provide onboarding support and present updates to stakeholders. Preferred Skills & Experience Strong organizational, project-management, and time-management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, websites, and online advertising. A collaborative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work independently. Preferred Platforms Monday.com, Yardi/RentCafe, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, RGEStudio, Google Workspace, Canva, and WordPress.
