Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced trauma care and emergency treatment in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Prioritize patient care during high-stress scenarios in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient treatments and conditions accurately and timely in the EMR system.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NLC guidelines at all times.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend scheduling as required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Mississippi or a compact license compliant with NLC guidelines.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in emergency medicine; Level I Trauma experience required.
• Experience in a large hospital setting preferred; travel experience advantageous.
• Driver’s license and EPIC experience preferred.
• Compliance with all submission guidelines, including vaccination status and driver’s license.
• Commitment to work 2 out of 3 end-of-year holidays if applicable.
