Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, effective from October 4, 2026, through February 27, 2027. The successful candidate will have experience in labor and postpartum care.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant fields.
• Certifications Required: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP
• Certifications Preferred: AWHONN Advanced
• First-timers: Accepted
• Patient Ratios: 1:3
• Orientation: 36 hours
• Floating: Required between similar units

Essential Skills

Candidates should have proficiency in a variety of clinical skills, including:

• Administration of blood & blood products
• Amnioinfusion
• Anticoagulation therapy
• Assisting with high-risk delivery and sterile exams
• Cesarean Section recovery and newborn assessments
• Management of obstetrics-related complications, including pre-eclampsia and hemorrhage
• Neonatal resuscitation
• Use of fetal monitoring and IV therapy
• Patient education and support for breastfeeding

• Travel Requirements: May require floating to nearby facilities
• Holiday Obligations: Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays
