Brief Description Position: Digital Marketing Specialist FLSA: Full-Time, Non-exempt/Hourly Location: 2252 N. Broadway Moore, Oklahoma 73160 Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (occasional nights/weekends for events) General Purpose Develops, manages, and optimizes Home Creations’ digital marketing presence to strengthen brand awareness, increase website traffic and engagement, generate qualified leads, and improve overall marketing performance. Supervision Received Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing. Supervision Exercised None. Home Creations is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to help shape and strengthen our digital presence across social media, search, paid advertising, and other online channels. This role blends the creative and analytical sides of marketing. You’ll help develop engaging content, manage digital advertising, support SEO and local search strategies, monitor performance, and identify new opportunities to grow awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation. We’re looking for someone who understands how the different pieces of digital marketing work together and can take an idea from concept to execution, evaluate the results, and continue finding ways to improve. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, Marketing Coordinator, Website/CRM team member, Online Sales, Sales, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are coordinated, consistent, and aligned with company goals. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Manage paid digital advertising across Google Ads, Meta, Zillow, and other relevant platforms. Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, conversions, and other key digital marketing metrics. Develop and manage Home Creations’ social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content, including photography, short-form video, promotions, community highlights, events, and brand-focused content. Manage and support SEO, local search, Google Business Profiles, Google Maps listings, and other efforts that improve Home Creations’ online visibility. Monitor online reviews, ratings, comments, messages, and overall digital reputation, coordinating responses when appropriate. Collaborate with the Marketing and Website/CRM teams on landing pages, lead tracking, HubSpot, forms, website improvements, Realtor marketing, and digital campaigns. Coordinate and support community events, Realtor events, grand openings, promotions, and other marketing initiatives, including capturing content when needed. Help maintain a strong, consistent Home Creations brand presence across digital platforms, campaigns, listings, and other external customer touchpoints. Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned. Safety sensitive position Requirements Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred. Three or more years of experience in digital marketing, social media, advertising, SEO, or a related field preferred. Experience in homebuilding, real estate, residential construction, or a related industry is Preferred But Not Required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, online lead generation, and paid digital advertising. Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, local SEO, Google Ads, Meta advertising, and other digital marketing platforms. Experience managing brand social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Familiarity with digital reporting and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform-specific reporting. Strong written communication and copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate content. Ability to analyze marketing performance, interpret campaign results, and make recommendations based on data. Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines. Creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and identify new marketing and content opportunities. Bonus Skillsets Experience with HubSpot or another CRM or marketing automation platform. Experience with photo and video editing software or applications. Photography and short-form video content creation experience. Drone photography or videography experience and/or an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. Familiarity with Google Business Profiles and online reputation management. Work Environment Office environment. The noise level is moderately quiet. Physical Demands Occasionally required to sit and use their fingers, to handle or feel. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, and to stoop or kneel.
