About the Role:

Heart2Heart HHC Inc. is seeking passionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our dedicated team in Dayton, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support client progress and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Engage with clients in crisis intervention and support during challenging situations.
• Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a mental health professional.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and crisis intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

This is a remote position.


Compensation: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
