We are looking for a compassionate, clinically skilled fully licensed mental health professional to join our team. What We're Looking For We are seeking a fully licensed Tennessee mental health professional who is no longer practicing under supervision, including: LPC-MHSP LMFT LCSW Licensed Psychologist Other independently licensed mental health professionals with appropriate Tennessee credentials Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field Current, unrestricted Tennessee license Fully independently licensed — not currently under supervision Experience providing professional mental health services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a professional team Commitment to ethical and evidence-based clinical practice Comfortable providing counseling within the scope of your training and licensure Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is compassionate, clinically competent, dependable, and comfortable practicing with a high degree of autonomy.
