BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

BCBA - BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST POSITION - MEMPHIS, TN
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires current, valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctor (BCBA-D) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Requires at least 3 years of professional experience in ABA, including experience with supervising others
- Requires the ability to travel in the performance of job duties
- Requires the ability to pass a background check
- Requires strong interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, staff, family members, other professionals, and persons supported
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The BCBA will serve as a senior clinician providing high quality ABA services to help individuals with developmental disabilities achieve clinical goals.
- The BCBA will complete assessments, develop written reports and updates, and complete graphical analyses within designated timelines.
- The BCBA will implement behavior treatment plans (BSPs) through direct intervention and supervision of support staff.
- The BCBA will ensure effective and timely implementation of treatment plans
- The BCBA will provide supervision of RBTs as outlined in BACB supervision requirements and will maintain accurate documentation of all supervision provided
- The BCBA will collaborate with caregivers and other service professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
- The BCBA will attend all relevant meetings for individuals on the caseload.
- The BCBA will provide essential ABA training to staff, caregivers, and families.
- The BCBA will report to the Director of Behavior Services and will perform other duties as requested or assigned.
