Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Repair Technician to join our team in St. Joseph, MO, 64501. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support. If you have a passion for problem-solving and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Diagnose issues with appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various household appliances.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their appliance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools necessary for repairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
- Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.
