Speech Language Pathologist

Casper Therapy Services is seeking an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in Ellijay, Georgia. This is a part-time position working 2–3 days per week. The district offers flexibility in selecting the specific workdays and will collaborate with the chosen SLP to create a schedule that works well for both the clinician and the school. Position Highlights: $60–$65 per hour Flexible schedule of 2–3 days per week Primarily preschool through 2nd-grade caseload Direct therapy and reevaluations No initial evaluations No MTSS responsibilities Clinical Fellowship supervision available Potential for full-time employment during the following school year Direct support from an experienced school-based SLP and company owner Supportive, collaborative school environment Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy Complete reevaluations for assigned students Develop and implement IEP goals Complete required documentation and progress reporting Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff Participate in relevant IEP and eligibility meetings Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Georgia SLP license or eligibility for Georgia licensure Ability to work in person in Ellijay, Georgia Benefits and Support: Health insurance stipend available for employees averaging 20 or more hours per week Clinical and professional support throughout the school year Casper Therapy Services is a therapist-owned company committed to thoughtful placements, responsive communication, and ongoing support.
