Location: Houston, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, rotating weekends required.

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and planning therapeutic interventions for patients as required by the physical therapy discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Must possess a Texas Physical Therapist License.
• BLS certification required.
• Graduate from an accredited program of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred.
