Physical Therapist (PT)

Role: Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or disabilities to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore independence. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide direct patient care focused on restoring strength, mobility, and function. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Accurately document treatment sessions and patient outcomes. Collaborate with rehab teams and assist in discharge planning. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Current PT license. CPR certification required. Previous experience in a rehab setting preferred.
