They operate high-volume production machines that shape raw plastic into finished components, which are then inspected, trimmed, and packaged to meet customer specifications. The work environment is clean, structured, and focused on quality, safety, and consistent production output.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Production Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 14.00 / hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)Operator is an entry level job focused on the Producing and Packaging of injection molded parts for our customers.Read and follow work orders and mold booksOperate and maintain production of injection molded partsRetrieve, trim, and complete secondary finishing of parts Inspect parts for quality and perform minor tests as neededSeparate, record, and dispose of defective partsPackage products to customer specifications and label correctlyComplete production tally sheets and log scrap/rejectsUse scanners for packaging labels when requiredProduction Operator Qualifications:Basic reading, writing, and math skillsAbility to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)Ability to understand and follow written work instructions and mold booksWillingness to learn through on-the-job training and work with experienced team membersPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
