Job Description
- Define, jointly with the business user, the objectives of the data valorization project and the associated service commitments (deadlines, quality, cost).- Lead or conduct a data project, in liaison with project teams or suppliers, if applicable: from the census and analysis of business needs to the exploitation of data.- Lead or conduct the technical, calendar, and financial aspects of a project.- Be a force of proposal and bring your expertise to the team members on the technical part of data projects (analysis of needs, technical procedures).- Organize and animate user committees and internal training on the data/AI service offer of the SSA.
Required Profile
With a Bac +5 degree in data engineering/data analysis, you have initial experience in leading a program/project of digital transformation and/or data valorization and/or data modeling, and you master project management techniques. Prior knowledge of information systems in the health field, interoperability issues in health (FHIR, OMOP), GDPR, and metadata mapping tools (Datalaxy) is an asset.
