**1st Shift Position M-F / 6:00am- 2:30pm**
Duties & Functions:
- Obtain Production Sheets and document the last produced case/roll number per machine
- Request labels for all orders as necessary in order to have all the machines running efficiently (orders in process, new orders, & open orders)
- Data Entry for all production related reports (Excel) and enter all necessary data to Production Scheduled daily, ensuring schedules are accurate
- Submit production reports to Accounting Department
- Re-label boxes / pallets if required
- Walk production floor / warehouse every morning, ensuring all pallets have tags & labels
- Ensure all machines have necessary paperwork available for the daily documentation
- Any other duties/ tasks required by the Production Department
Requirements:
- Experience with working in a Manufacturing Environment
- MUST have experience/knowledge with Excel
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (Read, Speak, and Write)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
