Position: Substance Abuse Therapist
Location: Randolph, NJ
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs
- Diagnose substance use disorders using DSM criteria and standardized tools (ASI, etc.)
- Develop individualized, client-centered treatment plans with measurable goals
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling services
- Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Determine appropriate levels of care using ASAM criteria
- Coordinate care with internal teams and external referral sources
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and records
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations
- Support discharge and aftercare planning to ensure continued success
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- Active New Jersey license (LCADC, LCSW, or LPC)
- Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
- Salary: $80,000 – $93,000 (based on experience)
