Administrative Clerk / Onsite Support Coordinator (Japanese Business Environment Preferred) Location: Taylor, TX Employment Type: Temporary / Contract Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Pay Rate: Around $26.00/hour Start Date: ASAP Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk / Onsite Support Coordinator to support daily operations at a large-scale construction project site in Taylor, Texas. This is a fully onsite role supporting project staff, visitors, and daily site operations in a fast-paced construction environment. Candidates with some understanding of Japanese business culture, communication styles, or basic Japanese language ability are highly valued, even if they are not fully bilingual. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, responsive, and comfortable handling a wide variety of administrative and coordination tasks while working closely with multinational onsite teams. This position is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on operational support and working closely with onsite teams in an active project environment. Key Responsibilities Support onsite entry badge applications and access coordination Coordinate safety training registrations and schedule management Provide administrative and office support within the onsite trailer office Coordinate receiving and delivery of office supplies and materials Arrange maintenance requests and facility-related support services Process purchase requests and assist with basic procurement coordination Support urgent requests such as hotel arrangements and emergency logistics Assist onsite staff, visitors, and business travelers with daily operational needs Maintain organized records, documentation, and communication with vendors and project teams Qualifications Business-level English communication skills required Basic Japanese language ability or understanding of Japanese business culture is a strong plus Previous administrative, office support, or coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite project or construction environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented attitude Additional Information Fully onsite position in Taylor, TX Immediate hiring need for ongoing project operations Opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational project environment Candidates who can adapt quickly and support a wide range of onsite operational needs are highly encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr Pasona N A, Inc.
