Warehouse Operator

Location: Four Oaks, NC 27524 (On-site)
Pay: $20.00/hour (includes shift differential)
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–5:00 AM
Openings: 3 positions
Type: Full-time, Temporary (W2)

What you’ll do

• Operate material-handling equipment (primarily  forklift ; may also use conveyors, handcarts, and power trucks)
• Move materials, parts, and finished goods throughout the warehouse
• Maintain basic records/documentation as needed
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and quality guidelines in a metrics-driven environment

Required qualifications

• Forklift experience: minimum 6 months (required)
• Ability to  lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (required)
• Steel-toe shoes required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English and perform basic math
• General computer skills

Preferred (not required)

• Forklift experience with  slip sheet and  clamp

Pre-employment requirements

• 10-panel drug screen required
• Background screening required
• • Candidates may be able to start while some checks are pending, but  criminal background must be cleared and the 10-panel drug screen must be cleared before starting the assignment.

Work environment / physical demands

• Frequent standing/walking; bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, grasping; repetitive hand motion
• May involve working near moving mechanical parts
• Warehouse conditions:  hot in summer (no AC)and  cold in winter (limited heat) ; noise level moderate to loud
