Warehouse Operations Operator

Roles & Responsibilities

Safely and accurately handle shipping and receiving tasks, including loading/unloading trailers, picking products, and preparing pallets.
Perform tasks with accuracy and resolve errors per guidelines.
Document and manage re-warehousing processes.
Accurately pick products, requiring physical activity such as bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and reaching.
Participate in inventory activities when required.
Operate and maintain material handling equipment safely, reporting damages promptly.
Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and monitor operational goals.
Follow lean manufacturing and 5S practices to ensure a clean, safe, and secure work environment.
Learn other responsibilities and provide backup support when needed.
Assist with additional tasks, participate in daily stretching, and adhere to Good Documentation Practices.

Experience Required

High School diploma, GED, or 1 year of related experience.
Experience in a fast-paced distribution environment is preferred.

Skills & Certifications

Strong verbal communication.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Physical stamina to bend, lift, and stand regularly (lifting up to 50 lbs).
Basic analytical and organizational skills.
Familiarity with distribution documents and metrics-driven operations.

Eligibilities & qualifications

Ability to read, write, and perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply).
Proficiency in typing and operating required equipment.
Manual dexterity and good judgment.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively under minimal supervision.
