Remote Nurse Care Coordination Manager - Pediatrics

Clarity Pediatrics in the United States is seeking a Nurse Care Coordinator Manager (RN) to lead a remote interdisciplinary team delivering chronic pediatric care. You will coordinate appointments, educate families, manage medication authorizations, and serve as the main contact between families, providers, and pharmacies.
Reporting to clinical leadership, you supervise nurses, medical assistants, and community health workers, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive quality improvements.
