Member Services Summer Staff

Job Description
The Y ishere forour community to provide a place for all to comeand enjoythe facility and programming that we offer. Inorder to do this,we are looking for part-time leaders tohelp engage our members, participants, and staff. We are looking for candidates who are interested in working at either/both our Houser branch in Onalaska, and Dahl branch in La Crosse.


Shift Availability:

Weekend only: 8:30am-12:30pm and 12:30-4pm at both branches. You would need to be available at least 2 weekends per month, and 8-12 hours per pay period.

Responsibilities:

• Performexcellent service to all members, staff, volunteers and guests
• Addressmember andsafety concerns as needed
• Engagemembers/participants around the facility
• Actaslead MemberServices Representative in allsituations

Requirements

• Ability toaddress and make solid decisions in emergency situations
• Excellentcommunication skills and willingness to build relationships
• Maintainpositiverelationships with youth in the building andaddress concerns asneeded
