About the Role

We are seeking an Audit Senior to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work alongside scheduled in-office and client-site days. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of public accounting experience and be actively tracking toward their CPA designation. You will lead field work and guide junior staff to deliver high-quality assurance services to our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial statement audit engagements from planning through wrap-up and issuance.
• Perform complex substantive testing, analytical procedures, and internal control evaluations.
• Supervise daily field work and review the working papers of staff accountants for accuracy.
• Identify accounting issues, internal control weaknesses, and operational improvements for clients.
• Draft financial statements, footnotes, and management recommendation letters.
• Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and timely engagement management.

 

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of progressive financial audit experience in public accounting.
• Credentials: Active CPA license or a dedicated CPA candidate actively pursuing the exam.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and audit methodologies.
• Traits: Excellent project management, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
