Position Overview
A Skilled Nursing Facility in Crescent City, CA is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support the rehabilitation team. The COTA will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help residents improve their ability to perform daily living activities and regain functional independence.

Requirements

• Active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Previous SNF, rehabilitation, or geriatric care experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
