Position Overview
A Skilled Nursing Facility in Crescent City, CA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services for residents. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist Assistant License

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program

• Previous SNF, rehab, or geriatric therapy experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Ability to work independently in a PRN setting
