We're a fast-growing, team-oriented company that invests in our people and promotes from within.You'll join a company where hard work is recognized, learning is encouraged, and careers are built - not just jobs.Why You'll Love Working HereCareer growth: Hands-on training and opportunities to advance.Variety every day: Work on a wide range of custom skids and water-process systems.Great culture: Supportive, team-driven environment where collaboration and problem-solving are part of the job.Excellent benefits: Competitive pay, PTO beginning Day 1, 401(k) with company match, and full health benefits.Growing company: Be part of a national leader that's expanding rapidly and investing in your development.What You'll DoAssemble and install pumps, valves, filters, sensors, and piping on custom-built water treatment systems.Work from P&IDs, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and production prints to bring designs to life.Build and test piping systems (PVC, CPVC, PE, PVDF, PFA, and other materials) for a variety of system types.Assist in factory acceptance testing (FAT) to ensure each unit meets the highest standards before shipment.Collaborate with engineering, controls, and service teams to troubleshoot and refine system performance.Maintain a clean and organized work area, always prioritizing safety and quality.Train and assist newer team members as you grow in your own technical skills.Each day brings something new - different projects, configurations, and challenges that keep the work hands-on, rewarding, and never monotonous.What It Takes to SucceedHigh School Diploma or EquivalentSix (6) months hands-on experience in mechanical, plumbing or HVAC work involving tools, piping, and fittingsStrong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret blueprints, P&IDs, or schematics.Experience installing or fabricating piping, pumps, and mechanical components.Reliable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a shop environment.Willingness to learn new skills, cross-train in related areas, and adapt as the company continues to grow.Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism in all tasks.Preferred QualificationsOne (1) year of experience in mechanical assembly, plumbing, pipefitting, or industrial fabrication.Exposure to or interest in industrial water treatment, process systems, or custom equipment manufacturing.Basic familiarity with electrical or controls systemsCompensation & BenefitsThe anticipated pay range for this role is between $25 - $27/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.
