Maintenance Storekeeper - 2nd Shift

Position Maintenance Storekeeper – 2nd Shift (1:30 p‑10 p, Mon‑Fri) at Hunt Valley Plant, 11100 McCormick Road, Hunt Valley, MD. Position Overview Under the general supervision of the Department Manager, the Maintenance Storekeeper performs duties such as matching incoming supplies against purchase orders, monitoring inventory needs, developing inventory replenishment reports for purchasing, and taking cycle counts for inventory purposes. The role communicates with all levels of the organization and works as a cross‑functional team player to support business needs. The candidate must possess mechanical aptitude to identify parts accurately and provide excellent customer service to proactively support production and maintenance needs. Additional projects include documenting visual factory cycle counts, providing knowledge of storeroom indicators, creating measures on parts usage by team, and contributing to 5S standards. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience (warehouse, stock selection, inventory). Ability to perform basic math functions and accurate clerical data entry. Ability to operate storeroom computer using software such as Chase, Maximo, SAP, Microsoft applications, or similar systems. Ability to lift 50 lbs or more. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Ability to work within and embrace a results‑focused, team‑based HPO culture. Professional communication skills at all times.
