Recruiter/Administrative Coordinator $20-25 per hour DOE

Savard Staffing is seeking a motivated and driven Recruiter / Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, solving problems, and wants the opportunity to grow within the staffing industry.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Candidate Engagement

• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for open positions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Contact candidates regarding available opportunities and job requirements
• Conduct candidate follow-ups and maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding and ensuring new hires are prepared for success
• Maintain accurate candidate records within company systems

Administrative & Branch Support

• Assist with employee onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
• Support timekeeping, payroll preparation, and employee record maintenance
• Assist with daily branch operations and reporting
• Assist with branch initiatives, process improvements, and special projects

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, administration, sales, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Bilingual(Spanish/English) is an asset.

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (occasional weekend coverage)
