Location: Greater New York Area / North America About the Company A fast-growing premium fragrance & lifestyle brand with an international ambition and a strong focus on the North American market. The Role We are looking for a Marketing Director / North America GM reporting directly to the Founder, responsible for building the North American market from 0 to 1. Own North America GTM, marketing and commercial strategy Build brand awareness and consumer adoption in the premium segment Lead digital, social, PR, community, events and partnerships Drive DTC growth through website / app Explore pop-ups and offline brand experiences Build relationships across luxury retail, media, influencers and communities Work closely with the global brand team on local positioning and product storytelling Own North American market performance and build the local team over time Ideal Profile 8+ years of North American consumer market experience Background in luxury, premium fragrance, beauty, fashion, lifestyle or related consumer brands Proven experience launching or building a brand in North America Strong combination of Brand + Marketing + Commercial / Growth Experience with DTC and premium retail Strong local network across retailers, buyers, media, influencers and communities #J-18808-Ljbffr CGL Consulting Co., Ltd
