NP / PA

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced PA or NP who enjoys a fast-paced clinical environment, values work-life balance, and is interested in occupational medicine with opportunities for professional growth.

• Full-time Float PA or NP
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call (clinic dependent)

• Base salary: $165,000-$185,000
• Float stipend
• Monthly RVU bonus
• Quarterly quality bonus

• Provide occupational medicine and primary care services.
• Conduct patient exams, diagnose and treat injuries/illnesses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, labs, EKGs).
• Perform procedures including suturing, wound care, injections, and immunizations.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Deliver excellent patient care and customer service across multiple clinic locations.

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
• Current state licensure and board certification
• DEA required before start date
• DOT Medical Examiner (FMCSA NRCME) certification required before start (training provided if needed)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care and/or occupational medicine preferred
• Comfortable treating patients ages 2+

• Suturing/laceration repair
• Basic X-ray interpretation
• Strong communication and patient-centered care
• Knowledge of workers' compensation and occupational medicine preferred

• 18 days PTO + 5 CME days + 6 paid holidays
