Experienced Hotel Group Sales Manager (Corporate)

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned market segments Proactively solicit new business through prospecting, networking, site visits, and industry engagement Maintain and grow existing accounts by building strong client relationships and ensuring repeat business Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, RFP responses, contract negotiation, and closing Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of hotel sales experience, with strong background in hotel group sales, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals Experience in Corporate segment preferred Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in sales systems preferred (Opera, ProposalPath, or similar), Microsoft Office and Excel Results-driven with strong business acumen Relationship-focused with excellent customer service skills Strategic thinker with proactive sales approach Strong organizational and time management abilities Collaborative team player with cross-functional partnership mindset Flexibility of adapting to new opportunities Work Environment & Expectations Ability to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and networking events Flexibility to attend industry events, including evenings or weekends as needed Active participation in property meetings, sales strategy sessions, and community engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr The Florida Hotel and Conference Center
