Raytheon Engineering designs produces and builds new technologies and enhances existing capabilities to solve our customers most complex challenges. The Apertures and Radio Frequency Department is a team of engineers responsible for electrical design and development of RF products within Raytheon. Our charter is to provide expertise in sub-systems engineering RF and radome design digital apertures antenna ranges and module test.

What You Will Do:

• Lead test integration efforts for Near Field Probe Systems with focus on meeting cost and schedule goals
• Partner with other team leads cost account managers and team members.
• Communicate effectively with program leadership and customers as needed
• Work through challenges quickly elevate issues to technical SMEs when needed and effectively lead their team to achieve success.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelors in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience to include any combination of the following:

• Experience with RF test
• Experience with test Hardware and Software integration

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience leading a project team
• Experience with collaboration and reporting to program leads
• Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation within last five years.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
