Test Integration Lead - Engineer III

Position Overview Location: MCKINNEY, TX – 2501 W University Dr, WING Z BLDG (Position: Onsite). U.S. citizenship required for eligibility and for a U.S. government‑issued security clearance. A DoD Secret clearance is required prior to the start date. What You Will Do Lead test integration efforts for Near Field Probe Systems with a focus on meeting cost and schedule goals. Partner with other team leads, cost account managers, and team members. Communicate effectively with program leadership and customers as needed. Work through challenges quickly, elevate issues to technical SMEs when needed, and effectively lead the team to achieve success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including any combination of the following: Experience with RF test. Experience with test hardware and software integration. Preferred Experience leading a project team. Experience with collaboration and reporting to program leads. Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation within the last five years. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD.
