A 23-bed rural critical access hospital in Broken Bow, NE is expanding its primary care team. This community-focused organization is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established group.
Position HighlightsTeam: Join a collaborative group of 6 physicians and 2 APPsSchedule: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.Workflow: Morning hospital rounds followed by clinicPatient Volume: 16-20 patients per dayServices: Office-based proceduresPatient Population: Primarily adult and geriatric, with opportunity to grow pediatricsCall: 1 weekday and 1 weekend per month, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.; must stay within 30 minutes of the hospitalCandidate RequirementsBoard-certified Family Medicine preferred; Internal Medicine candidates welcomeBoard-eligible candidates consideredIdeal candidate is community-oriented and committed to putting down long-term rootsCompensation & BenefitsEarning potential: $500,000Sign-on bonus: $80,000Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000Student loan repayment: AvailableInsurance: Health, vision, and dentalCME: 4 days and $4,000 allowancePTO: 28 days annuallyRetirement: 403(b) with 5.5% employer matchMalpractice: Coverage with tail providedCommunity Highlights - Broken Bow, NebraskaFriendly, tight-knit small-town environment with strong community prideA blend of agricultural heritage and modern growthVibrant historic downtown, active local events, and family-friendly atmosphereExcellent school optionsIdeal for individuals seeking stability, connection, and a down-to-earth lifestyle Job Benefits About the Company
