We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Veterinary Assistant - Overnight/Emergency to support our emergency and critical care team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, remain calm under pressure, and are passionate about helping animals in urgent and life-threatening situations.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and technicians during emergency exams, treatments, and procedures
• Safely restrain patients for diagnostics and treatments
• Support triage, treatment flow, and patient movement within the ER
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, exam rooms, and surgical suites
• Provide basic care to hospitalized and critical patients (walking, feeding, comfort care)
• Clean, disinfect, and restock ER equipment and supplies
• Maintain hospital cleanliness and safety standards
• Provide compassionate support to clients during emotionally stressful situations
