Product Engineer

This position will sustain and improve product die yield for semiconductor manufacturing processes by ensuring equipment and processes are optimized, monitored, controlled, and reliable.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSustain current processes to achieve die yield goals. Monitor current processes to ensure process complies with necessary parameters and provides a base line for any necessary process enhancements.Drive manufacturing to improve yields by improving electrical distributions and levels of defectivity.Coordinate work with customers and internal manufacturing to improve die yield and reliability.Manage new product introduction and production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after transfer from design to production.Interface with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing engineering to solve product issues and production problems.Develop and sustain process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields.Other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or other closely related field required3-5 years’ directly related experience preferred but will consider a strong recent college graduate.Significant knowledge of CMOS, DMOS, Bipolar, and Discrete semiconductor devicesSkills in problem solving, organization, and statistical analysisExperience with yield analysis and data-driven decision makingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across multiple functionsExperience interacting with customers or supporting customer technical discussions is a plus*Please note that this position may require U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency status in the future depending on federal requirements*What We OfferSalary: The estimated base salary range for the position is $90,000-$127,000.
