About the Position

Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Clienttion Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 5x8 (12:00 - 20:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: ARRT (T) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: TrueBeam experience required Description: NO TRAVEL PARTNERS. Clienttion Therapist position available in an outpatient radiation oncology center. Shifts are Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Certificate requirements include ARRT (T) and BLS. First-time travelers accepted if they have the required experience. Weekends are not required. On-call is not required. Travelers will float to a sister facility as needed. Scrub color should be grey or steel. Local candidates residing within a 75-mile radius are preferred. Skills needed include: Adult outpatient experience. Experience with benign brain tumors. Billing for treatment types and devices. CBCT/kV/mV imaging. CT simulation. External beam therapy. Proficient in treating gynecomastia, kidney cancer, and Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Experience with intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT). Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE. Familiarity with various cancers such as pancreatic and prostate cancer with seeds/fiducials. Expertise in radiation safety and simulation of treatment sites. Ability in stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and use of TrueBeam and Varis/Vision/ARIA systems. Daily census is 145 with adult patient age groups. Candidates must check their email regularly and contact their unit leader with any questions. Completion of all required training modules is necessary.
