Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP) setting.
• Float between units as needed, assisting with triage and postpartum care.
• Assist in maintaining accurate patient-to-nurse ratios for optimal care delivery.
• Conduct precise sterile vaginal examinations.
• Ensure all care practices align with hospital and safety regulations, using Epic charting.
• Participate in an on-call rotation once per pay period, with flexibility for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Montana or Compact State licensure.
• 3+ years of recent experience in LDRP environments required.
• Previous travel nursing experience required, with strong adaptability and quick learning skills.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system preferred.
• BLS, NRP, and CLC certifications required; Stable certification preferred.
• Capable of managing care needs for neonates, infants, and adult patients.
