GenCare Lifestyle @ Federal Way is a premier IL/AL senior living community in beautiful Federal Way. We are seeking amazing, caring, and compassionate quality licensed caregivers and CNAs to join our team. We currently have part-time caregiver/medtech positions available. Must have a kind, patient attitude as you will be assisting senior living residents live a more purposeful life.
Part Time Benefits:
- Paid sick (1 hour for every 40 worked, able to roll over max of 56 hours), if working over 19 hours per week
- 401K eligible after 6 months with up to a 4% employer match after one year of employment

Prefer caregivers have:
- NAC (Nursing Assistant Certified)
- HCA
- CPR
- First Aid Certification
- Blood Borne Pathogens Training
- HIV/Aids Training
- Food Card
- Basic/modified care-giving training
- Dementia Training
- Mental Health training

Applicants need to successfully pass a background check upon hire.
Willing to assist HCAs to get their CNA certifications. We will reimburse you for annual licensing costs.
