Location: Livonia, MI

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Hours/week: 40

Licenses/Certs: RRT required

Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Pay Rate: $30$35 per hour, depending on experience

Bonuses: $4,000 sign-on bonus, $2,000 at 60 days, $2,000 at 180 days

What You'll Do:

Conduct in-home patient assessments and clinical evaluations

Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and therapies

Set up and manage ventilators, oxygen, and PAP devices

Adjust ventilator settings based on physician orders

Troubleshoot and monitor respiratory equipment for optimal performance

Provide ongoing clinical support and follow-up care

Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Support orientation and training of new staff as needed

What You Need:

Required:

Active RRT license

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

Hospital or home healthcare experience

Knowledge of ventilator management

At least 1 year of clinical experience

Degree in respiratory therapy or related field

Strong patient communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

About the Assignment: This full-time, field-based respiratory therapy role serves patients across Livonia and surrounding areas in western Wayne County. You will deliver advanced respiratory care, including ventilator management and patient education, in a rewarding environment outside of the hospital setting. You'll build meaningful patient relationships while enjoying autonomy, a predictable schedule, and mileage reimbursement for travel.
