Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: $30 - $35 per hour, based on experience
• Bonuses: Sign-on bonus of up to $4,000, plus additional bonuses at 60 and 180 days

What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory devices and therapies
• Set up and manage ventilators, oxygen systems, and PAP therapy
• Adjust ventilator settings as per physician orders and patient needs
• Monitor and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
• Provide ongoing clinical support and follow-up
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
• Support new staff training and orientation as needed

What You Need:

• Required: Active RRT license, valid driver's license, clean driving record
• Preferred: 1+ year hospital or home healthcare experience, familiarity with ventilator management
• Skills: Strong patient communication, organization, independence, problem-solving
