We're looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-focused Fleet Recruitment Manager to join our Albuquerque team. In this role, you'll lead the recruitment and onboarding efforts for professional drivers, helping to attract, hire, and retain the talent that powers our transportation network. You'll build meaningful relationships with candidates, drivers, operations teams, and community partners while developing innovative recruiting strategies that support fleet growth and operational success.

What You'll Do as a Fleet Recruitment Manager:

Driver Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
• Source candidates through online job boards, social media, referrals, workforce partnerships, and community outreach efforts
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driver candidates
• Represent the company at career fairs, recruiting events, and community networking opportunities
• Promote the company's culture, opportunities, and benefits to prospective drivers

Candidate Experience & Onboarding

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation
• Partner with operations and training teams to ensure a smooth transition for new drivers
• Conduct orientation and onboarding activities as needed
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and newly hired drivers

Driver Engagement & Retention Support

• Collaborate with operations leadership to support driver retention initiatives
• Conduct follow-up check-ins with newly hired drivers during the onboarding period
• Gather feedback from drivers and identify opportunities to improve recruitment and retention efforts
• Assist in developing programs that enhance driver satisfaction and engagement
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Support recognition programs and initiatives that celebrate driver achievements

Workforce Planning & Recruitment Analytics

• Monitor staffing needs and recruitment trends to support operational goals
• Track recruiting metrics, hiring activity, retention rates, and staffing forecasts
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to leadership
• Recommend process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate quality
• Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records
• Collaborate with management to develop long-term workforce planning strategies

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner closely with operations, dispatch, training, and leadership teams to meet hiring goals
• Build relationships with community organizations, workforce agencies, and educational institutions
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting campaigns
• Contribute ideas and best practices that strengthen recruitment and retention outcomes
• Serve as a trusted resource for hiring managers and operational leaders

Qualifications for a Fleet Recruitment Manager:

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, transportation, operations, human resources, staffing, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
