And we're just getting started!What We OfferCompetitive salary of $70k - $90k per yearMonthly performance bonus opportunitiesConsistent schedules and professional growth opportunitiesA respectful, forward-thinking work cultureAbout the RoleIn this position, you will:Monitor daily performance of all installation and production employees and subcontractor crewsHave consistent and prompt communication with crews and customers to ensure a positive experience and proper execution of contractsMaintain quality control program from product ordering, receiving, delivery, and installationPerform general hiring and terminations of all Installers, sub-contractors, and production related employeesConsistently review strategies to improve overall efficiencyAssist with and handle customer complaint resolutionsKey QualificationsMust have a valid driver's license and good driving record5+ years of Residential Remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows2+ years of Project Management experienceExperience resolving conflictStrong communication & customer service skillsAbout RenuityRenuity, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is a leading home improvement services business with a rapidly expanding national footprint.
