We are looking for a passionate Family Law Attorney to join a direct hire firm in Cary, NC. If you are dedicated to advocating for clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, and adoption, we want to hear from you! Salary: $95 - $130k Shift: Monday through Friday, hybrid work schedule Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in family law cases Draft and review legal documents, including petitions and settlement agreements Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent communication throughout the process Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active North Carolina bar membership 3+ years of family law experience preferred Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits 100% paid health insurance Hybrid work schedule Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth If you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration!
