Commercial Project Manager

A growing, highly respected commercial flooring contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join its team. Competitive compensation, benefits, PTO, and retirement plan Established company with an outstanding reputation for quality Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Diverse commercial projects and strong long-term growth potential What You'll Do Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Manage awarded projects, including procurement, scheduling, budgets, and documentation Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers, GCs, and owners Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, billing, and closeout What You Bring 5+ years of commercial flooring estimating and/or project management experience Strong knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, plans, and specifications Proven ability to manage multiple projects while delivering excellent client service Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills If you're an experienced commercial flooring professional who enjoys both estimating and managing projects while working with a company committed to excellence, we'd like to speak with you.
