Twosome Place is a leading premium dessert café brand from South Korea, known for its high quality coffee, artisan cakes, and sophisticated café experience. Since opening its first store in Seoul in 2002, the brand has grown to over 1,700 locations and has built a strong reputation for combining specialty coffee with patisserie-style desserts. As we launch and expand our operations in the United States, we are looking for an experienced Front-of-House Supervisor. This role will be a key partner in establishing a strong foundation for our US teams.

Position Overview

The Front-of-House Floor Supervisor is responsible for leading daily café operations by ensuring exceptional service, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting a highly engaged team. This role serves as the primary leader on the café floor during their shift, balancing hospitality, efficiency and attention to detail while fostering a welcoming and elevated environment for every guest. 

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching others, solving problems in real time, and setting the tone for outstanding service. 

Key Responsibilities 

Guest Service & Hospitality 

• Lead by example, delivering warm, genuine, and personalized hospitality to every guest. 
• Ensure every interaction reflects a Twosome Place’s commitment to an elevated café experience. 
• Resolve guest concerns promptly, professionally, and with empathy. 
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences through thoughtful service. 

Team Leadership 

• Supervise and support the Front-of-House team throughout each shift. 
• Coach team members on hospitality, beverage quality, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment. 
• Provide real-time feedback and recognize excellent performance. 
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members. 

Café Operations 

• Coordinate front-of-house workflow to ensure efficient service and clear communication with the kitchen. 
• Monitor ticket times, beverage preparation, food presentation, and order accuracy. 
• Ensure the café remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day. 
• Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift accountability. 
• Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house products and communicate replenishment needs. 
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards. 
• Assist in troubleshooting call-outs among team members. 

Brand Excellence 

• Champion consistency in service, presentation, and hospitality. 
• Uphold the visual standards and atmosphere that distinguish A Twosome Place as a premium café destination. 
• Encourage continuous improvement and a culture of excellence. 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or shift supervisory experience in a café, coffee shop, bakery, upscale casual restaurant, or hospitality environment. 
• Previous experience supervising barista or front-of-house teams preferred. 
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. 
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. 
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-focused during busy service periods. 
• Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities. 
• Comfortable working with POS systems and cash management procedures. 
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

Nice to Have 

• Supervisor experience in F&B, café, restaurant, or franchise-based retail operations. 
• Experience supervising multi-unit operations.
• Strong enthusiasm for K-brands, K-culture, and franchise operations.
